At Home Goods Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In addition to your legal rights, we offer a goodwill return policy that allows you to request a refund or exchange for products purchased online or in-store within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that the original shipping charge will not be refunded unless the item is defective or damaged. For more detailed information, please refer to our returns information.

Returning an Order

If you need to cancel an order that you have placed on our website, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. You can reach us at +447414091282 or Sales@homegoodsshop.co.uk. If the order has already been shipped, we will make an effort to request the couriers to return the items to us. Alternatively, you may refuse delivery when it is attempted.

Failed Deliveries

We provide a Leave Safe service for all our deliveries, which means that if you are not at home, the courier can leave the package with a neighbor or in a safe place. The courier will take a photograph of the item and the location where it was left as proof of delivery. If this arrangement is not suitable for you, please contact our Customer Service team before placing your order so that we can explore alternative delivery options.

The courier will attempt delivery a total of three times. If they are unable to deliver the package and there is no safe place or neighbor available, the package will be returned to us, and we will process a refund.

Pallet Deliveries

For items weighing 30kg or more, they will be delivered on a pallet. If you choose pallet delivery, please ensure that someone is available to receive the pallet on the scheduled delivery date or that there is a safe place to leave the pallet to prevent it from being returned to us. If there are any access issues that may affect the delivery, such as narrow roads, please inform us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply if the delivery fails due to access restrictions.

Returns and Replacements

Defective Items:

If you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service department. We may request a photograph of the damaged or faulty goods, and in some cases, we may ask you to return the item. Once confirmed as faulty, we will repair or replace the item as necessary.

Please note that shipping charges for returning an item without confirmation from our Customer Service department will not be refunded.

Non-Defective Items:

If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it to the following address within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused.
