The 24MIN By BH plan is a guide to HIIT training exercises that consists of performing 12 minutes of cardiovascular exercise with the Dual Air Trainer and another 12 minutes of functional training using the Unlimited Toning Machine. During these sessions, periods of high-intensity exercise are alternated with periods of recovery that should be strictly observed. This plan devised by BH is suitable for beginners, practitioners and experts.
