Delivery Times
We offer convenient delivery options to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. Our standard delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days. However, if you need your order quickly, we also provide a 'Next Working Day' or '48 Hour Delivery' service.
Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. For next-day and 48-hour deliveries, please place your order before 2 pm. Orders placed with "next day" delivery on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Absolutely! During the ordering process, you have the option to add a different delivery address. Please keep in mind that the invoice will always be sent to your billing address, which is the address associated with your payment card.
Shipping Costs
For most areas, we provide 24-hour and 48-hour delivery options (excluding Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland). If you have any questions about shipping to these areas, please contact us for more information.
Parcels weighing less than 30kg will be shipped as regular parcels, while items over 30kg will be shipped as pallets.
Additional shipping charges may apply for items being shipped to the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. If there is a difference in shipping costs, we will contact you to inform you before sending your package. Your order will not be shipped until you have accepted the revised shipping costs.
Last-minute Next-Day Delivery
To receive your order the next day, please ensure you place your online order by 2 pm.
Transport Services
We work with trusted carriers such as DHL and DPD to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. The choice of carrier depends on the size of the package and the shipping address.

Order Display
To view the status of any order you've placed, simply sign in to your account and select "My Orders" from the account page menu.
From there, you can access the details and check the status of each order by clicking the "View" link next to the specific line item.
Order Status Explanation
- Earring: Your order has been accepted and will begin processing shortly.
- Processing: Your order is currently being processed through our system.
- Picking in Progress: Your order is being collected and packed in our warehouse.
- Pending Payment: Your order is awaiting successful payment.
- PayPal Pending: Your order is pending PayPal payment.
- Payment Review: Your order is on hold due to a payment issue. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.
- On Hold: Your order is on hold due to a payment issue. Please contact Customer Service for further details.
- Sent: Your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. If you did not request this cancellation, please reach out to Customer Service.
- Back Order: Your order contains an item that is currently out of stock or a pre-order item. It will be processed and shipped once stock is available.
