The details

Combining the convenience of gas cooking with the classic taste of charcoal, this Boss Grill dual-fuel BBQ gives you the best of both worlds. Two BBQs rolled into one, you can use each method individually, or both together so you can enjoy a range of flavours.

The charcoal BBQ features a height-adjustable shelf, which allows you to switch between more intense heat and one that’s lower for a slower cook while the gas side features two burners. The double-layered lid helps to keep the heat inside as you cook, with handy thermometers on each lid. The BBQ’s split design means you can tend to one side without losing any heat from the other side. To the left, there’s an individual side burner which is great for preparing sauces and sides or pan cooking. For added convenience, there’s even a bottle opener included in the design.

The separated split grill design makes catering for various dietary preferences simple. Vegetarians and vegans no longer need to share the same grill that has been cooking meat.
